CBD - Is it legal?

Yes it is!

CBD is legal in EU countries

CBD – Cannabidiol is one of the 2 major ingredients found in the cannabis plant (among many, many other beneficial ingredients). It is important to point out that it is not psychoactive and does not cause the so-called ‘high’.

Cannabidiol is listed in the EU's Cosmetics Ingredients database and Food Catalogue

All cosmetic products are made of, or with hemp oil from the seeds of a hemp plant. This oil is obtained by cold stamping hemp seeds. It is classified as a food supplement, not a medical product. Our edible products are produced with hemp flour also obtained from hemp seeds.

100%
Sustainability

We are committed to making our business as sustainable as possible.

We believe we have a responsibility to make life better for our people, our customers, the local community and our planet.

We want our company to be open, accountable and pleasant to work with.

To help communicate this commitment, we are working towards a 100% sustainable business model.

We are taking active steps to reduce our negative environmental impacts and promote sustainability through our work.

We will encourage our clients to do the same.

It’s a journey and we are far from perfect, but we are always trying to do better.

Never Tested
on Animals

All of our skincare products that we offer in our range of CBD products are 100% animal cruelty free and have never been tested on animals.

We believe that animal testing is not acceptable. We recognise that customer safety is of importance but that this can be assured without the use of animals.

We encourage suppliers to test for safety using non-animal testing methods and to fund the development of non-animal test methods.
